Account & Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Compliant)
This section outlines the data deletion policy for the mobile application Nottut (com.nottut.app), developed by Yunus Emre Akça.
How to Request Data Deletion:
Users can request the deletion of their accounts and associated data at any time by following these explicit steps:
- Send an email directly to our official support address: nottutapp@gmail.com
- Use the subject line “Account and Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide your account identifier or the email address associated with your optional Nottut account.
Types of Data Deleted or Retained:
- Deleted Data: Upon request, your optional user account, registered email address, authentication records, and cloud-synchronized notes will be completely deleted from our primary databases within 7 business days.
- Retained Data & Retention Period: Due to automated system backups and legal data retention obligations, certain encrypted database logs may persist in our backup systems. These backup logs are automatically and permanently purged within an additional **30 days**. No personal data is retained beyond this period.

- Local Storage: By default, Nottut stores all notes, texts, and data locally on your device storage.

Veri Silme Talebi Nasıl Yapılır?
Kullanıcılar hesaplarının ve ilişkili verilerinin silinmesini diledikleri zaman şu adımları izleyerek talep edebilirler:
- Resmi destek e-posta adresimize doğrudan bir e-posta gönderin: nottutapp@gmail.com
- E-posta konusunu “Hesap ve Veri Silme Talebi” olarak belirtin.
- İsteğe bağlı olarak oluşturduğunuz Nottut hesabınızla ilişkili e-posta adresini veya kullanıcı kimliğinizi e-postada belirtin.
Silinen veya Saklanan Veri Türleri ve Süreleri:
- Silinen Veriler: Talebiniz ulaştıktan sonra, isteğe bağlı kullanıcı hesabınız, kayıtlı e-posta adresiniz, kimlik doğrulama kayıtlarınız ve bulut üzerinde senkronize edilmiş notlarınız 7 iş günü içinde ana veri tabanlarımızdan kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Saklanan Veriler ve Ek Saklama Süresi: Otomatik sistem yedeklemeleri ve yasal veri saklama yükümlülükleri nedeniyle, bazı şifrelenmiş veri tabanı günlükleri yedekleme sistemlerimizde bir süre daha kalabilir. Bu yedekleme günlükleri ek olarak en geç **30 gün** içinde sistemden otomatik ve kalıcı olarak temizlenir. Bu sürenin ardından hiçbir veri saklanmaz.
